1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player") and c789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operating at c789.bio. By accessing, registering, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the c789 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. Account Registration

4. Account Security

All transactions are denominated in PKR. c789 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name registered on your c789 account must match the name on the payment account or bank account used for deposits.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• c789 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your c789 account within the timeframe stated for each payment method. c789 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposited funds not used in gaming activity within 12 months of last account activity may be subject to inactivity fees as detailed in the platform's fee schedule.

6. Withdrawals

The decision of c789 on all gaming outcomes, account determinations, and bonus interpretations is final and binding except where manifestly erroneous.
